View Article  Duke LAX opens on ESPNU

Here is an interesting read from Newsday on Duke LAX returning to the field of play.

View Article  Duke faces Georgia Tech in CIS

Duke seeks it's second straight ACC win, when Georgia Tech invades Cameron Indoor Stadium at 1:00 EST.  The Blue Devils seek momentum and more importantly a home win.

With a win, the Yellow Jackets could tie Duke in the ACC standings.  Even though their top two scorers are freshman, a trio of juniors help to mold their lineup.

In fact, eight Tech players see at least 18 minutes per game, and two more 6-10 guys come off the bench that average 12 mpg apiece.  That's a ten player rotation!

We must protect our turf!

Georgia Tech is riding a four game win streak too, which includes a blowout over then #21 Clemson, NCSU, Connecticut and a road win at Florida State.

The Blue Devils will need a big contribution from their freshman, and will have to keep McRobert's out of foul trouble against the many big bodies Tech has down low.

I'd like to see Nelson get his outside game going and be careful on his drives. The team needs his leadership and defense on the court.

Look for Duke to try and hold down Thaddeus Young and Javaris Crittenton.  It may be a low scoring affair, but the importance of the game make both teams dangerous.

The team will need their sixth man today.  Cheer hard!  The Devils will have three games in nine days, starting with Clemson.  They need this win, big time!
