View Article  Kenny Boynton to play in Cameron during the TOC
The Bob Gibbon's Tournament of Champions invades the Triangle this weekend.  A few hundred of the nations top basketball prospects will play in practically every gym on the Duke, UNC and N.C. State campuses.  The games start at 6:00 on Friday and go until around 5:00 on Sunday.

If you are local, you may want to check out the event.  If you are a Duke fan and are within driving distance, you will definitely want to be in Cameron Indoor Stadium at 11:00 on Saturday.  That's when Team Breakdown led by Kenny Boynton will play in the historic arena for the first time.  So, take that as a heads up, that you might be there to cheer him on.

Top Duke prospect Kenny Boynton Jr. will play in Cameron at 11:00 Saturday alongside teammate Brandon Knight

Boynton has become a household name on the recruiting trail and has long been the Blue Devils top target in the class of 2009.  Coach K and company have been to Florida to take in his practices and game, not to mention be in the stands at many AAU events to keep an eye on the player they covet.

The Florida native can fill it up with the best of them and is considered a PG by NBA scouts, but he is more than capable of playing the two.  Having seen the young man play in several games, I can tell you that he is a game changer.

He transferred to American Heritage this past season and plays alongside a talented crew for Team Breakdown, which includes super 2010 prospect Brandon Knight.  So, you are getting a double dose of talent and then some when watching Team Breakdown play.

Kenny could be the most important prospect to play in Cameron since Chris Duhon.  Blue Devil fans filled the stand for his game which prompted a person close to the program to call it a circus atmosphere.  When you take in to account that two Duke prospects will be on the court, there is no reason for the faithful not to come out and show a little love.

One of Duke Basketballs 2008 prospects, Olek Czyz has had a couple of nice all star game performances.  This article has him listed at 6-10 after a 32 point performance, but he is really more of a 20 PPG guy or 6-8;)  Young Czyz will be on campus for the second summer semester.
